Dryclean Express follows standards and policies set by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. However, due to certain circumstances, some garments presented to us for cleaning may present an added risk to the garment and therefore requires our customer be made aware of those risks. In such cases, we will notify the customer of our concerns, and they may be required to print and sign a Release Form before proceeding.
Dryclean Express cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains in fabric. We cannot be responsible nor can we guarantee the results of processing garments that have been pre-
We will always follow the manufacturer’s care tag instructions, and cannot be responsible for damage to a garment that may result from following the garment’s care tag instructions. In such cases, customer will be instructed to seek remedy from the garment manufacturer or retail establishment where purchased.
Dryclean Express assumes all responsibility for customer’s items while in its possession. The “period of responsibility” begins at the point at which items are picked up at customer’s drop off location and ends when customer’s items are returned to same location.
RE. CLAIMS: Customer must notify Dryclean Express within 48 hrs. of order delivery of any missing or damaged items. It is our customer’s responsibility to check their order for accuracy. We encourage our customers to count their items and compare with receipt before leaving the premises with their order. Re. damaged items: Garment must be returned unworn with our I.D. tag still attached. If irreparable damage is determined to have occurred while in our possession, and item is more than 30 days old, our liability is limited to 5 times the cost of cleaning the item. If garment is less than 30 days old, the full retail price will be reimbursed with customer’s original retail receipt.
RE. PRICES: We reserve the right to change prices without notice to our customers. Any previously printed flyers, solicitations, outdated sales brochures, etc. should not be relied upon by customer for current prices. Current prices are available on our order form. Customer is encouraged to review this page before placing any orders. Prices cannot be adjusted for customer once order is processed.
