Do I need to set up an account before my first pick-
No. Just fill out and place an order form in your bag w/your items. We’ll contact you directly to obtain your payment information. Please remember to leave us your phone number and email address.
How and when do I pay for my order?
You can pay by personal check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. For more information, please see our Payment Options page.
I’m just a “one person” office. Will you pick up and deliver to me?
Absolutely! No office is too small to use our service. We value each customer and would be delighted to have your business!
Will I need to fill out an order form each time I submit an order?
If you have one of our tote bags, a name tag is attached that identifies your items to us, and you do not need to fill out a form each time (some of our customers fill out a form and then copy it for their records). If you do not have a tote bag, you will need to fill out an Order Form so that we know who the items belong to and where to make the return delivery.
How do I get a free tote bag?
The first time you have an order that consists of 5 items or more, we will provide you with a free vinyl tote bag. The name tag on your tote bag will have your name, phone number, and starch preference (if any) attached for your convenience, so that filling out an order form each time will not be necessary. For your first order however (and until you have an order consisting of 5 or more items), you can place your items for pick-
What type of alterations can you perform?
We can perform just about any type of alterations that you may need. However, certain alterations may require you to be “fitted” by a tailor. Please see our Order Form for more details.
How do I communicate to you the alterations I need?
Just write us a note and include it with your garments, ie. “hem to 32” inseam”, or “repair tear in seat”, etc. You can also use safety pins.

Can you clean leather?
To ensure the best possible results for our customers, we send our leather garments to a specialty cleaners that has considerable knowledge, experience, and the proper equipment to clean and care for your leather garments. Please call us for a price quote and time frame for cleaning and returning your leather garment/s.
Can you clean very old garments or delicate garments such as those with sequins, beads, etc.?
We will always take every precaution and exercise the utmost care in cleaning your delicate garments, however, some garments may represent an extra high level of risk for us to clean. For this reason, we may contact you to advise you of our concerns and ask that you sign a “Release Form” that gives us your permission to proceed.
